ALL PREMADES ARE SOLD ONCE, AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. MINOR CHANGES SUCH AS COLOUR, FONT, AND TITLE CHANGES ARE FREE.  ANYTHING ADDITIONAL MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL FEES.
